Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' analyzing emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Design and facilitate innovation sprints with client stakeholders to prototype future-state solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or corporate innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional facilitation skills with C-level executives across diverse industries
- Published author or keynote speaker at major innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Strong command of scenario planning methodologies and futures research tools
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on technology adoption decisions
