Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and lead strategic innovation frameworks for AI integration, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members using data-driven visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at premier innovation conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful commercial products or ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Deloitte Insights)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation roadmaps
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
