- Develop patent-pending frameworks for competitive advantage
- Represent company at global futurist summits and tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of launching at least two market-disrupting initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Certification in AI governance or ethical innovation frameworks
