Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational adaptation in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends with 2026+ impact across tech, society, and markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and strategic roadmaps for board-level audiences
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with demonstrated impact on 2020+ market shifts
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP from Association of Professional Futurists preferred)
