Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) and forecast their societal impact through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026's disruptive landscape
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof business models
- Author trend reports and white papers published at Davos and World Economic Forum
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Mentor a global team of futurists and technology scouts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., climate-positive AI, neural prosthetics)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy at tech/consulting firms
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on enterprise transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Global network with futurist communities (WFS, APF, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
