Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and technological inflection points affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with C-suite executives to build future-ready organizations
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models with data-driven storytelling methodologies
- Establish innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Advolve enterprise transformation by integrating foresight into product development and operational planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and adaptive leadership practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience designing and facilitating executive-level strategic foresight workshops
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data modeling proficiency
- Published thought leadership in futures, innovation, or technology strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
