Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and map emerging trends through 2026
- Develop future-proof roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with market disruption scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-focused mandates
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
