Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, scientific breakthroughs, and socio-economic shifts to map 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across organizational units
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven scenario analyses
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions and validate market viability
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 2030-vision track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional development
