Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across fintech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem through partnerships with startups, academia, and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certificate in Futures Studies or similar certification (e.g., CFTR) required
