- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technologies and validate market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and key clients

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented in commercial settings
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
