- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
