- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product prototypes
- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and research institutions
- Present trend insights to executive board and influence R&D priorities
- Author white papers on future-facing technologies and their societal impact
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching products based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech trends
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
