Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture and blue-sky ideation
- Present foresight reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design and launch experimental ventures with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication mastery
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or platforms
