Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and space exploration domains
- Develop 10-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Author 'State of the Future' reports read by global policymakers
- Manage a $50M R&D portfolio for breakthrough technologies
- Present at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with tangible moonshot projects
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Experience with quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Track record of influencing national tech policy
- Fluency in 3+ languages including Mandarin or Arabic
