- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for exponential growth opportunities
- Mentor future-focused talent across engineering and product teams
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully commercialized future-focused initiatives
