- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning company as 2026 innovation authority
- Design and implement horizon scanning processes to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market transformations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
