Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based models predicting market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership reports on emerging tech paradigms
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future focus
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futuristic concepts
