Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) into core business operations
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and regulatory implications for next-gen industries
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Nexus Horizons as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership on paradigm shifts or technological singularity implications
- Experience scaling innovation labs within large enterprises or high-growth startups
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
