- Produce quarterly future-state reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to anticipate technological and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technologies like quantum computing and neurotech
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to identify risks and opportunities for 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
