Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging innovations
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market potential and risk factors for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization proficiency
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analysis
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable business strategies
