Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and emerging domains
- Translate foresight insights into executable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking and anticipatory leadership methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
