Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for cutting-edge insights
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a dedicated innovation incubation program for high-potential concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes through quantitative/qualitative research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (white papers, journals)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
