Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts across technology, economics, and social domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate foresight into prototype solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for early opportunity identification
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking and strategic planning methodologies
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future scenarios
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology or innovation environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating applied foresight projects with measurable outcomes
