Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with company vision

- Design and scale pilot projects for breakthrough innovations
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, etc.)
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (blog, whitepapers, books)
