Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 10-year market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing concepts
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, TED Talks, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within large organizations
