- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of breakthrough concepts
- Present visionary frameworks to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech futures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruptive transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP) preferred
