Responsibilities
- Develop and publish bi-annual trend reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging megatrends
- Design and pilot experimental innovation labs for quantum computing integration
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research hubs
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Oversee the Innovation Pipeline, incubating 10+ high-potential projects annually
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., in HBR or MIT Sloan)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of ESG and sustainable development frameworks
