Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven forecasting models
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
