Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and disruptive innovations to forecast industry developments through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future challenges and design innovative solutions
- Present compelling strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market potential and ROI for emerging technologies
- Maintain competitive intelligence through research reports and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
