Responsibilities

- Develop future scenarios and strategic frameworks for product development
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation and future-proofing
- Produce actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and validate hypotheses through research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
