Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML trend detection tools and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating future-casting projects
