Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and product teams
- Identify and evaluate potential disruptive threats and strategic partnerships
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability and ethical technology principles
- Represent Innovatech at global futurism forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization expertise
- Exceptional communication abilities for complex technical and strategic concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
