Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, climate tech, and biotechnology innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with SDGs
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and market intelligence reports
- Drive cross-functional initiatives bridging innovation with commercial viability
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and biotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
