Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead executive workshops on future trends and their implications for business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future insights into actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Champion innovation culture by embedding foresight methodologies into organizational DNA
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives through quantitative and qualitative metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
