Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to build resilient future-state strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation adoption and market readiness
- Deliver compelling future-state narratives through executive presentations and thought leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems for early-warning signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
