- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.) and societal shifts
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives
- Author trend reports influencing $2B+ investment portfolio
- Build global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic visions to board and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal trends
- Experience with exponential technology roadmapping
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of foresight projects with measurable impact
