Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and predictive modeling software
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and other exponential technologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
