Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into business planning
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future markets
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future technology or societal shifts
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner)
