Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for emerging opportunities and disruptive threats
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future-ready innovations
- Produce high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for internal/external audiences
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to stay ahead of the curve
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or innovation management preferred
