Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders via compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers on emerging tech impacts (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
