Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and societal shifts to inform long-term strategy
- Develop and present futuristic scenarios for the company's 2026-2030 vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and foresight training programs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Advise executive leadership on strategic investments in emerging domains
- Author high-impact reports on future disruptions and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience building and managing foresight frameworks in corporate environments
