Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Build quantitative forecasting models using proprietary data ecosystems
- Represent the company at premier futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive analytics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
