Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast market evolution through 2030+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Design innovation roadmaps that position the organization for exponential growth and disruption resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures/strategy publications or conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
