Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-tech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership and acquisition opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Published work on emerging tech trends or future scenarios
