Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in future-focused ventures
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
