Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) with business impact assessments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on disruptive futures
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight findings at executive summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Track record of developing actionable foresight frameworks that drive business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Experience working with C-suite in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
