Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with 15+ departments
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record in translating foresight into executable plans
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Research or similar preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or consulting industries
