Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments

- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (articles, books, or keynotes)
