Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and geopolitical shifts to identify opportunities and risks for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and present strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Conduct original research using quantitative and qualitative methods to forecast market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Advolve product development teams to embed future-ready principles into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for complex organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize disparate data into coherent narratives
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or related advanced credential preferred
