Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight methodologies for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders across 15+ industries
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing convergence of biotech, AI, and quantum computing
- Architect innovation roadmaps for clients entering emerging markets
- Manage a $2M annual R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Present at global forums (World Economic Forum, CES) on future workforce evolution
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts
